Development Activities 

⦁ Configuring Process Chains for the respective Module loads from source system.
⦁ Scheduling the Process module loads according the business requirement.
ü Extensively worked on Data warehouse workbench.
ü Analysing the LSA architecture.
ü Monitoring the testing data in quality/regression, Pre prod and Prod boxes before the market go live.
ü Raising critical priority tickets to onsite if any major changes need to be done or any jobs are getting terminated breaching the SLA. 

Monitoring & IM Activities:

Handled the following tasks:

•  Publishing business reports as per the market timings.
•  Extensively got involved by participating in the resource selection, induction and training programs for the project.
• Monitoring data loads from various source systems like R/3, CRM, SEM, COM, and SDR by means of process chains; analysing the errors in the data loads, report to the corresponding team and fixing them.
• Maintaining jobs in BW, SEM, CRM, and COM.
• Loading Master data, Transaction data and hierarchical data into the SAP.
• Finding the root cause for the errors of the chains if they have not started in time.
• Raising tickets to resolution groups regarding performance of the system and data loads.
• Rendering training on Shadow resources.
• Interacting with different markets regarding the issues relating to data load
• Working with Offshore and onsite basis consultants related to the load failures with memory or table space issues.
• ü Running recovery chains based on market requests.
• ü Monitoring ACR which is very critical in data loads.
• ü Executed Full Repair Extractions, Selective Deletions.
• ü Monitoring V3 Jobs and taking corrective actions for failed jobs.
